Description
At the Old Rectory, Trowbridge we support people with autism who may also have a learning disability. Our team is passionate about improving the health, happiness and wellbeing of the individuals we support, and we are focused on building positive outcomes for everyone. We support eight people through our residential service, and we can also offer support to people on an outreach basis. We provide support tailored to meet the needs of each individual, which can include therapeutic or educational activities The staff team work with individuals to develop an activities timetable and enable everyone to have the opportunity to lead a fun and meaningful lifestyle, and develop the daily living skills they need to maximise their independence.
